Extra bed/Baby bed
If required, we can make a cot and two extra beds available to our guests.

Slatted bed with coconut mattress, baby chair, sterilizer, baby bottle warmer, potty, toilet reducer, small bathtub, anti-slip, step stool, children's tableware. Children's play corner (small house, slide, swings), fall protection.
Parking
Parking for two cars in the yard, free additional parking on the street.
Entertainment
Free Wi-Fi, smart TVs in all bedrooms and the living room with more than 100 channels, Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+ available. Many board games, chess board for all generations.
Preparation
Coffee, tea, towel, robe, sauna sheet.
Cosmetics
Refreshment in the rooms is provided by ADA's premium quality cosmetic products. In order to protect our environment, body and hair shampoos and hand washes are available in refillable pump dispensers. In addition, our accessories such as hair conditioner, body lotion, bath tea, shoe cleaning sponge, and sewing kit can be found in smaller packages in the bathroom.

Whirlpool washing machine, Bosch dishwasher, Klarstein oven, Klarstein hotplate, Illy coffee machine, Bosch refrigerator, freezer, wine cooler, microwave oven, kitchen equipment, dishes, tableware.
Heating/cooling
Heating is provided by NOBO Oslo heating panels and NUM heating mats. If required, the LG air conditioners located in each room can also be used for heating. When using, please take into account the temperature range specified in the policy. The settings of the equipment can also be controlled remotely.
Safety
Individual coded, mobile application access, key safe. Fire and smoke detectors in the building. Remotely adjustable electrical equipment. Room safe for guests.
Selective waste collection
Separate indoor and outdoor collection containers (for paper, metal, plastic waste). When supplying the Villa, we strive to use as little packaging material as possible and to use recycled products as widely as possible.

Wellness
3 személyes finn szauna, 2 személyes infraszauna, elektromosan fűthető dézsafürdő. Vendégeinket a wellnessben bekészített szaunalepedő várja. Az energiatakarékosság mindannyiunk közös ügye, ezért kérjük az elektromos berendezések használatakor erre ügyelni. Ennek megfelelően a finn szauna fűtése napi 3 órán át lehetséges előre egyeztetett idősávban. Ezen túlmenő igényeiket kérjük bátran jelezzék számunkra! A nagymértékű hőveszteség elkerülése érdekében kérjük, hogy a dézsafürdő tetejét helyezzék vissza. Felhívjuk vendégeink szíves figyelmét, hogy a berendezések beállítása távolról is vezérelhető.
